In early 1999 Apollo signed a partnership agreement with one of Britain's largest trade unions, the GMB.

"With the progressive introduction of the new workers rights and forthcoming legislation on trade union recognition, companies such as Apollo are seeing this as a window of opportunity to roll back the 18 years of industrial conflict with British trade unions and work together."

The partnership agreement means all appropriate Apollo temporary and contract staff are covered by the GMB Union.
